**Job Title**

Analyst/Associate, Securitisation Finance (Sydney)

**What is the opportunity?**

As the Analyst/Associate, Securitisation Finance, you will be responsible for assisting with portfolio management and providing support to the marketing, structuring and execution of securitisation transactions.

**What will you do?**
- Assist in preparation of materials for Global Risk Management and business approval processes
- Assist with preparation of marketing materials for existing and target clients
- Prepare monthly newsletter and market updates for both internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare credit submissions for annual review of existing transactions and assist with credit submissions for new transactions
- Conduct credit analysis and cashflow modelling
- Attend client, seller, servicer due diligence meetings and assist with preparation of due diligence report
- Monitor transaction performance of existing portfolio
- Manage and update transaction database
- Collate information for KYC and AML for on-boarding new clients and annual reviews for existing clients
- Proactively identify operational risks/ control deficiencies in the business
- Review and comply with Firm Policies applicable to your business activities
- Escalate operational risk loss events, control deficiencies and risks that you identify to your line manager and the relevant risk and control functions promptly

**Must-have**
- Degree educated
- An interest in and some understanding of securitisation is required
- Motivated, enthusiastic individual with a desire to learn
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to interact effectively and establish good working relationships with colleagues
- High proficiency in Word, PowerPoint

**Nice-to-have**
- Ability to prioritise and effectively manage a large workload in a high pressure environment
- Ability to multi-task
