**About the role**:
The position will provide quality customer service to clients, both internal and external that also includes the preparation, display and service of food and beverage and the preparation of the daily banking/cash up and ordering of supplies. Some heavy lifting may be required and weekend work. The position is on an ongoing and full time basis, however part-time, job sharing will also be considered.

The full-time commencing salary is $46,889 per annum plus 10.5% superannuation and annual leave loading.

This position will be required to work a 48/52 work cycle which means **8 weeks of paid annual leave per annum** to be taken during term breaks and other down time periods.

**Your responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Provide quality customer service to clients, both internal and external.
- Assist the Supervisor with the day to day customer service and the preparation, display and service of food and beverage of the designated business unit.
- Assist the Supervisor with the induction and supervision of trainees.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Completion of Year 12 with no or limited experience, or appropriate relevant experience.
- Experience with food preparation and food handling in a café kitchen environment and advanced Espresso/Advanced Coffee Skills
- Comprehensive kknowledge of Food Safety Health, Standards and Procedures and a current Food Handlers Certificate
- Ability to work within a team environment and as well as independently.
- Demonstrated ability to provide high quality client service in a catering environment is essential.
- Demonstrated awareness and knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Regulations
- Demonstrated behaviours that align with the William Angliss Institute Values
