**What does success look like as a photographer;**:

- Ability to produce high-quality, visually compelling images that align with our brand's image and messaging
- Demonstrating a strong sense of creativity and artistic flair, using lighting, composition, and other techniques to create striking visuals
- Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in fashion photography, and adapting style and techniques accordingly
- Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with models, stylists, socials, and other creative professionals to produce cohesive and impactful imagery
- Monitor shoot days and ensure the model, apparel, lighting and editing is up to standard

**Desired Skills & Experience;**:

- 2 years experience in ecommerce photography, with a strong portfolio showcasing skills in fashion photography
- Technical proficiency in photography, including knowledge of lighting, camera settings and post production techniques
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
- Can do attitude, ready to jump in to meet product launch deadlines Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with other creatives
- Enjoy a fast pace, constant change environment, where you are comfortable with often exploring new ideas of how we can make the site look better from a visual perspective
- A deep understanding of current trends and styles in fashion photography, as well as an interest in emerging trends and technologies
- A passion for creative problem-solving and a willingness to take risks and push boundaries to create unique and innovative content
