This role sits within the Private Banking & Advice Experiences Crew, which provides a range of services to the Wealth and Private businesses.

Key services of the team are:

- Business execution
- Advice & Self-Directed Operations
- Investment Platforms Operations
- Project Delivery and Change Management
- Data, Reporting and Insights
- Data Delivery

You will lead a team responsible for the Transformation of Private Bank and Advice with the goal to expand our market CVP, grow customer acquisition, and through the adoption of new ‘ways of working’ helping the business to deliver simpler processes and more compelling customer experiences, improved productivity and turnaround times, and reduced operating costs.

A member of the Private Banking & Advice Experiences (PB&A) Leadership Team, the Product Owner, Private Bank & Advice Transformation is an influential leader who designs and Implements key strategic and business priorities. The role will be expected to perform the following tasks in a manner consistent with CBA's Values and People Capabilities.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Lead the design of the Transformation agenda for Private Bank and Advice and work with teams in PB&A, as well as, Private Bank and Advice Frontline teams to deliver the initiatives
- Ownership of the Private Bank and Advice CVP including the execution of the strategies to expand Market presence and drive growth in Private Bank and Advice
- Lead the frontline go to Market strategy and initiatives, working with Marketing, to identify new growth opportunities, including leveraging new and existing partnerships.
- Lead the Transformation team to adopt agile ‘ways of working’ to deliver simpler processes and more compelling customer experiences, improved productivity and turnaround times, and reduced operating costs,
- Transform the operating model and business processes for Private Banking and Advice to deliver best in class customer engagement through simplifying and streamlining the customer experience
- Deliver the optimum salesforce effectiveness model for Private Bank Business & Advice to optimise Banker and adviser productivity and create increased capacity to frontline teams.
- Build strong partnerships with the Private Bank and Advice leadership teams, Line 1 and Line 2 Risk teams working in an agile model to accelerate business solutions.
- Influence and effectively engage senior stakeholders (EM/GM/EGMs) across PB&A and multiple Business Units (BUs) of the group to ensure initiatives are effectively delivered
- Analyse emerging business trends to determine commercial insights, and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience across Private Bank and Advice

**We’re interested in hearing from people who have**
- Extensive experience leading Transformation programs across complex portfolios and project teams, in Private Bank and Advice businesses.
- Exceptional knowledge and understanding of Private Bank and Private Advice operating models
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills including presentation skills, communication, negotiation and influencing capability at a senior leadership level with a proven record of managing the needs of varied business stakeholders
- Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, plan, prioritise and execute multiple concurrent activities and priorities
- High level of personal accountability and the ability to work autonomously to agreed deadlines
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking alongside excellent troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
- Ability to build strong alliances with internal and external partners to deliver industry leading solutions
- Exceptional risk and issue management experience and the ability to proactively communicate concerns to stakeholders
- Experience working within the Wealth Management industry, with strong knowledge of Private bank and advice processes, technologies and platforms
