Mall Kiosk Promoter

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic promoters to join our team and help us engage with customers, promote our products, and create an exciting atmosphere at our mall kiosks. If you enjoy customer interaction and have basic data entry skills, this could be the perfect role for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively approach and engage mall visitors to draw attention to the kiosk.
- Provide detailed information about our products, demonstrate their features and benefits, and answer any questions.
- Use your energy and enthusiasm to create a buzz around the kiosk, drawing in a crowd and maintaining a high level of interest.
- Help maintain the kiosk, ensuring it is clean and organized.
- Attend to customers at our kiosk with a friendly and helpful attitude, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Enter customer information and transaction details into our CRM system.

**Qualifications**:

- A vibrant personality with the ability to engage and captivate an audience.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Previous experience in sales or promotions is preferred, but not required.
- Basic data entry skills for entering customer information details.
- Must be dependable and punctual.
- Driving licence is preferred as kiosk will be set up in different mall across Melbourne.
- A warm and welcoming demeanour to interact with diverse customers.
- Availability to work flexible hours based on mall timings, including weekends and holidays.
- Presentable and professional appearance suitable for a retail environment.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
