**About us**:
John Hunter Children’s Hospital (JHCH) is part of The Children, Young People and Families Directorate of Hunter New England Local Health District. It is one of three tertiary children’s hospitals in NSW, the only one situated outside of a capital city. JHCH is made up of four wards, a neonatal intensive care unit, outpatients department, school room, and oncology day stay unit. JHCH are seeking a dedicated, proactive Clinical Nurse Consultant to join their dynamic team as a Paediatric Diabetes Educator.

- Vacant positions include:

- Mon/Weds permanent hours 730-3pm supporting the Paediatric Immunology Team.
- Alternate Thursday/Friday’s temporary hours supporting the Paediatric Orthopaedic Team.
- Alternate Thursday/Friday’s temporary hours supporting the John Hunter Children Hospital Specialities.
- Multiple positions are available in the JHCH Secretarial Pool. The vacant positions will provide Secretarial Support to Speciality services that support children and their families/carers in the area of Immunology, Orthopaedics, and General Secretarial Support.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience within a healthcare setting.
- Excellent time management skills alongside your attention to detail and medical terminology vocabulary.
- The ability to perform Dictaphone typing will be highly regarded.
