**Who we are**:
Mobility Access Modifications is a company that specializes in modifying homes for the elderly and mobility impaired. Located in Preston we have over 21 years of experience in servicing Melbourne and surrounds.

**The work**:
We are looking for a Draftsperson to create SketchUp Designs of our minor home modification products - grab rails, banister rails, modular rails, curtain tracks, hand showers, steps and ramps.

The designs will include measurements of our products and their surrounds.

**Who you are**:

- Minimum 3+ years experience as a draftsperson, architect or tradesmen.
- Building and construction knowledge looked on favourably.
- Strong experience using SketchUp Design.
- Proven record of good time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and following up skills.
- Positive and ‘can do’ attitude.
- Quick minded to juggle multiple tasks at once, work well under pressure and think on your feet.
- Self starter and ability to multitask, prioritise and influence outcomes.
- Portfolio of your work would be beneficial.
- Own laptop.
