6am - 6pm 12 hour shifts (3-4 days per week)
- Combination of day and night shift roster | 4 week rotation

**About the opportunity**:
We are currently looking for skilled Maintenance Fitters to work at our Burleigh Heads manufacturing site. You will become an integral member of the Burleigh Heads maintenance team, as a Shift Maintenance Fitter you will make a strong contribution to our high performing Operations team and team culture. You will provide high quality maintenance and repairs to equipment throughout the plant, with a strong emphasis on preventative maintenance, to achieve acceptable production levels and a high standard in engineering support.
**Please note**: 12 hour 24/7 day/night shift pattern working 4 days one week and 3 days the next.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Carry out preventative maintenance to plant and equipment within the facility
- Carry out service and repair of Mechanical plant and equipment within the facility, Prioritise all types of given work
- Diagnose faults and carry out modifications to equipment
- Participate in all training as required by the company
- Effective reporting of any issues relating to company SH&E & QA policies
- Point of contact when attending a breakdown

**Experience required**:

- Mechanical trade certificate
- High level of technical and diagnostic skills
- Processed based risk assessment skills
- Excellent communication and numeracy skills
- Full working rights in Australia
