**About the role at Capgemini**

In the yearlong graduate program, you’ll be shown the ropes through foundation masterclasses, then depending on your skillset you’ll be off doing project work - it could be software development if that’s your jam, or organisational change management or business analysis if that’s what your skills are aligned to.

**Seniority**

**Entry Level** - A role for someone with underlying potential, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically no direct experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Market and User Research - Plan, execute and analyze market and user research activities from various sources, and identify patterns and trends to make design recommendations
- Project Management Support - Assist with project management activities, including creating project plans, managing timelines, and communicating project status
- Business Development Support - Contribute to new business development by conducting research, writing proposals, and developing supporting materials
