Mental Health Act Administrator Delegate

About the role
Manage the administrative functions of the Mental Health Act 2016 (MHA2016) for the Metro North Mental Health, The Prince Charles Hospital Authorised Mental Health Service, in accordance with the delegations as set out in the Functions, Powers and Duties of the Administrator. Ensuring the legislative requirement of the MHA2016 is met, including mandatory reporting.
