Intro Recruitment is partnering with a leading Government construction business with projects across Commercial and Residential building and maintenance. Due to recent growth and success our client is looking to appoint an experienced
**Grants Officer** to support the maintenance of an effective records management system.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that all records are kept appropriately according to the integrity of data input, by adhering to records / information systems, legislation and procedures
- Keeping accurate records from various stakeholders
- Ensure all data are up-to-date
- Providing excellent customer service
- Taking and receiving calls from registrants
- Other general ad-hoc if required

**About You**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position
- High level of **MS Suite Program, **especially **Excel **program is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and good time management
- Ability to multitask and an excellent team player
- Experienced within the Construction, Engineering or Property sectors will be highly regarded
