**About the role**

As a Portfolio Manager, you will orchestrate the collective delivery activity within the Identity Platform and take responsibility for managing work, pipeline planning and delivery across Squads.

The Portfolio Manager will work closely with the Platform Lead to plan for and deliver outcomes and manage the backlog at the Platform level. They work with Product Owners and Tribe Technology Managers to prioritise and refine backlogs into meaningful objectives to drive high performance and co-ordinate interdependencies between Squads.

**What you’ll do**
- Co-ordinate’s delivery across all squads in a platform including the balancing of time constraints, scope management, risk management and quality
- Maintain roadmap and quarterly planning
- Support work breakdown and delivery planning
- Support pipeline and prioritization of all initiatives
- Responsible for maintaining delivery plan to ensure outcomes are delivered
- Co-ordinates individual squad plans into building a single Platform Plan

**What you’ll bring**
- 10+ years in Technology in a comparable leadership role
- Demonstrated technology background in delivery, system, or software engineering
- Effective experience working in leadership roles in large, complex organisations
- Experience in defining and delivering large, complex projects or programs of work
- Excellent people leadership skills including coaching, providing feedback and difficult conversations
