We have an opportunity for an experienced Junior Data Analyst to support a multi-year Defence program to deliver an enterprise Health Knowledge Management System. This capability will enable better clinical decision making for the ADF.

**Job Description**:
**Your New Role**

Tasks include:

- Support data migration strategy and execution plan
- Using data analytics and visualisation tools, such as Microsoft SQL, you will identify and interpret trends and patterns in complex datasets while also assessing and improving data quality.
- Establish and maintain issues and decision register for identified data quality, governance, or security issues
- Prepare agendas for working group meetings and take meeting minutes
- Prepare technical documents with inputs from other technical SMEs

**_ This role requires the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen and hold a minimum NV-1 level Australian security clearance._**

**Qualifications**:
**About You and What You'll Bring**

Coupled with your Information Management skills, education and program experience, you will demonstrate a pro-active approach with the ability to understand the business, identify issues and develop relationships to achieve the company’s objectives. You will also have:

- Working knowledge of SQL and experience producing quality reports using tools such as Microsoft PowerBI, Qlik, and Tableau
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to work with large datasets.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Effective communication skills to present complex data insights concisely.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- (Desirable) Experience working with Agile products such as Jira and Confluence
