We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Medical Receptionist on behalf of our client, a provider of Specialist Medical Services based in Rutherford. As a crucial member of the team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient-centred care, focusing on the holistic well-being of individuals with various medical conditions. This is a temporary position, offering competitive rates at $32 per hour. Our client is a reputable provider of medical services, committed to offering top-quality care and support to patients. They pride themselves on their patient-centred approach, utilising state-of-the-art medical practice software like Gentu and Microsoft Teams to streamline operations and ensure seamless patient interactions

**Description**
- Greeting and welcoming patients, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Managing reception duties, including handling fluctuating call volumes and scheduling appointments.
- Processing payments for services rendered.
- Collaborating with a diverse team of health care professionals to deliver a comprehensive patient experience.

**Profile**
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or similar administrative role within the health care industry.
- Proficiency with medical practice software such as Gentu and Microsoft Teams (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with patients and health care professionals.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and adapt to changing workloads
