A full-time position for reception and administrative assistant duties exists with one of our mining clients in Brisbane, this role would suit someone who can manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude and works well under pressure.
**This role is based in the office and is a permanent, full-time position.**
Your duties will include:
- reception duties, including answering telephone calls and directing calls to appropriate people;
- maintain stocks of basic stationery items including amenities supplies;
- other administrative tasks and providing general administrative support as required.
To be considered in this role you will:
- have prior experience in a large company environment;
- possess advanced written English language and numeracy skills;
- possess above average literacy skills with a high level of attention to detail;
- have a highly developed ability to prioritise and be capable of meeting deadlines;
- have an eye for detail and be able to manage multiple tasks with a calm, cheerful and can-do attitude;
- be able to find creative solutions to problems;
- possess the ability to work as a team and autonomously as the occasion may call for; and
- be able to demonstrate a committed, proactive and service orientated approach to work.
