Sales and Marketing Officer

Follow and implement the Australian sales strategies set by the superior to effectively promote car detailing and smash repair services in Australia.
- Personally collect and investigate data and trends in the Australian automotive distribution market, including the smash repair sector, and report to the superior to assist in improving the promotion of these services.
- Manage and operate the office business in Australia, handle various order shipments, and after-sales service matters, including coordination with smash repair shops for timely service delivery.
- Serve as a sales customer service representative, maintain good communication with customers, understand their needs in real-time, and provide proactive, enthusiastic, satisfactory, and thoughtful service to Australian customers, especially for those requiring smash repair services.
- Strive to discover new customer sources, communicate with car sales companies and smash repair shops interested in cooperation, and report to the superior after screening to assist in negotiating cooperation plans. Aim to seek customer referrals and create website promotions or limited-time discount offers to attract more customers.
- Analyze marketing information and user feedback, particularly from those utilizing smash repair services, and provide suggestions on local marketing strategies to assist the superior in formulating more comprehensive marketing strategies in real-time.
- Ensure that the marketing strategies align with the needs of the smash repair market and keep updated with any changes in industry regulations or standards that may impact the business.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Public holidays
- Shift work
