Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator

Bulk Buys has been providing commercial and domestic supplies nationally to both corporate and domestic clients since 2009. Over hundreds of orders weekly our customers benefit from our collaboration with market-leading distributors.
- We are currently in search for a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing the logistics process from start to end.

The main responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to;
- Manage and coordinate all inbound and outbound logistics operations including booking in, tracking and warehouse communications.
- Manage all outbound domestic dispatch with high attention to using the most appropriate delivery partner balancing customer experience, and the cost of freight.
- Picking and packing customer orders when required.
- Quality checking all products and packaging.
- Stock management (replenishment, maintenance, stock take, cycle counting etc.)
- Palletizing products onto pallets
- Operating pallet jacks (tuggers)
- Working towards KPI targets
- Complying with OHS and other safety regulations.
- Completing general warehouse duties as required.;
- Maintenance of a healthy, safe, and secure environment.

**To be successful in this role you will possess the following**:

- Good level of computer skills.
- Previous experience in a Dispatch environment
- Ability to follow written instructions.
- Excellent attention and eye for detail
- Be available for an ongoing - 5 days a week.
- Forklift license (Preferable)
- Physically capable to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Efficient and takes initiative
- Good time management skills (meeting dispatch timeframe for orders)
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team creating a positive work environment
- A current driver’s license and own transportation
- Ability to work in a team environment in high pressure situations
- Strong written and oral communication skills are essential

**Salary**: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

COVID-19 considerations:
All staff are provided with masks and sanitizers on their workstations. We require a wipe down of table/surfaces the staff member is using throughout the day and before leaving premises.
