In particular we are growing our Perth practice. Be prepared to work on projects that make the front page of the news

**Your Opportunity**

You will work on a wide variety of clients and transactions across our Perth and national practice. Your work will include:

- Tax due diligence
- Structuring, including advice on deal structures and fund structures
- Transaction document review
- Tax model reviews
- Post-deal integration
- Transaction related ATO and FIRB correspondence
