This client side organisation is one of the largest in WA and has substantial Operations and Maintenance (O&M) activities across its facilities that include minor works. This role will champion a positive culture through close collaboration with O&M teams to ensure compliance with operational guidelines, processes and requirements.

In this role you will be responsible for:

- **Compliance & Administration** - maintain and report on supplier certifications, close out maintenance incidents or hazards identified, provide input into the development of O&M WHS operational systems and processes
- **Contractor Compliance **- Educate and assist contractors to access and comply with systems and processes, report on compliance, complete ad hoc desktop and site audits
- **Permit Management & Approval **- Assist contractors to access and comply with permit requirements, coordinate permit approvals

Demonstrated experience in building trust and a positive safety culture are also considered as essential capabilities.
