Roll'd is a rapidly growing fast-food chain that specializes in fresh, healthy, and delicious Vietnamese-inspired cuisine. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced **Team Leader** to lead one of our vibrant locations.

**Position Purpose**:
As a Roll'd Team Leader, you will play a important role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during your shift. You will lead by example, supervising a team of dedicated staff members to deliver exceptional service and quality food. This role is essential in maintaining our high standards and contributing to our customers' satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily shift operations.
- Train and mentor staff in customer service, food preparation, and safety procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Assist in scheduling and staff performance reviews.
- Resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Execution of great customer experience, great food quality and great store presentation
