We are seeking an enthusiastic Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. Our receptionist needs a friendly and warm manner to manage our client’s needs. Our core values are kindness, teamwork, and excellence.
Key responsibilities for this role are:
- Welcoming clients
- Managing inquiries and redirecting where necessary (training will be provided)
- Maintaining and managing appointment schedule
- Reconciling end-of-day banking
- A “Can do” attitude
- At least 12-month experience in a customer service role
- Computer literacy essential (software training will be provided)
- A calm and friendly manner
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
The role will be Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm. Full time or job sharing considered.
