Put a people first and enjoy the face-to-face customer conversations and engagement. Complete the day-to-day operations of the store while bringing a positive, cheerful attitude to the workplace. Your leadership with the team will inspire them to be creative and embrace their entrepreneurial spirit, generating new ideas to improve leads, sales, systems and procedures.
**Your new role**
As the Store Manager, you will possess the ability to drive the sales performance and service culture with your team.
You will coach, mentor and inspire your team from the forefront, through your own impeccable standards of service and sales success, whilst actively working the floor with them.
This is an interactive business and you will you need to engage and interact with the public to promote the services and products provided.

- Base salary commencing from 58K - up to 63K + Super + extras
- Tuesday - Saturday roster
**To be successful you will need,**
- Previous experience in sales management or team management in a consultative sales environment
- Demonstrated skills in operations, time management and the self discipline
- Great customer service, relationship building skills
- Must have a "can do" positive approach to all situations, where looking for a motivating leadership style
- Emphatic and friendly nature with a very high standard of personal presentation.
- Flexibility
- this roster will have weekend shifts as a standard.
