Domestic and End of Lease Cleaner

Essence cleaning services are looking for more reliable and hard working people to join our fantastic team We specialize in Domestic and End of Lease cleaning, with potential to also do commercial and Airbnb cleaning.
Located in the northern suburbs of Melbourne (Pascoe vale and Surrounding areas). We also have a few clients located in Camberwell, Ascot Vale, Essendon and Kensington. We want to expand further into these areas.
- Contract work with set Part time and fulltime hours available. Work as much or as little as you'd like Perfect for mum's wanting to make a return to the workforce.
- All equipment and products provided

**Key Duties**:

- Thorough clean of regular and end of lease clients properties.
- Exclusively following a checklist of tasks provided by management and double checking your work on the job.
- Friendly demeanor and ability to comfortably communicate with clients.
- Collect and return equipment at the beginning and end of each week.
- Drive to multiple jobs in a day.

**About You**:

- Cleaning experience in a similar environment desirable but not essential
- Must speak fluent English
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Positive attitude toward customers and a high standard of customer service
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and ability to work independently and unsupervised as required.
- Diligent with an excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and organize a diverse workload
- Trustworthy, reliable, and responsive
- Flexible and able to change and adapt priorities
- Self-motivated, self-confident, honest, professional, ethical, and flexible.
- Familiar with how to use Google calendar
- Comfortable with manual labor

To be considered:

- Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Must be available to work a minimum of 2-3 days per week
- Must have a police check or be willing to obtain
- ABN or willing to obtain
- Must also be willing to travel to Ivanhoe, Alphington, Reservoir, Preston, Thorbury, Airport West, Keilor, Ascot Vale and Essendon

**About the Job**:

- Above award pay $27.50 p/h + 10.5% Superannuation Weekdays
- $38 P/h + 10.5% Superannuation Saturdays.
- We don't work Sundays.
