Fresh Landscapes Group is a highly reputable commercial landscape and civil contractor. With existing workload and pipeline of projects, we are currently in the market for a talented Construction Foreman/ Site Manager who is experienced in running large scale commercial landscape projects. This is an opportunity to work on some the states most premium developments ranging from $1mil - $15mil.

**Requirements for success in this role**:

- Minimum 3+ years as a landscape construction Foreman running commercial sites
- Certificate III in Landscape Construction
- Operations and machinery experience/tickets
- HR Licence - preferred but not essential
- White card
- Have superior proficiency in site set out and management
- Ability to interpret project plans and documentation
- Proven experience in all aspects of landscape construction, particularly hard landscaping
- Demonstrated management and team work abilities
- Outstanding communication, negotiation and organisation skills
- A great team ethic, reliability and punctual
- Goal driven and motivated
- The ability to work to tight deadlines and budgets
- Well presented
