Head Baker

Everyday Bread is an established bakery just outside Fremantle with a strong focus on quality, honouring time and technique to produce delicious bread for people to enjoy

We are seeking a strong baker to take the reigns as production manager.

As the Head Baker you will be expected to
- Lead a growing team of passionate bakers and trade assistants
- Overseeing and working in the production of baked goods
- Training of new staff
- Work collaboratively in developing new products
- Overseeing the production of bread and Viennoiserie
- Training of new staff
- Quality control and troubleshooting
- Be computer literate
- Manage rostering
- Stock control
- Hiring & recruiting

3 years experience as a baker is necessary, sponsorship is available for this position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay

Work Location: In person
