**About the role**:
As an Area Manager at Nalco Water Light, you will have the chance to make a significant impact. **Key responsibilities will include**:

- Lead and inspire a team to achieve performance goals and drive operational excellence.
- Work with your team to identify opportunities to service customers better
- Collaborate with customers to understand their water treatment needs and develop customised solutions.
- Identify and solve complex problems related to water treatment processes, efficiency, and sustainability.
- Foster strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and contributing to business growth.
- Embrace a culture of continuous learning and development, leveraging training opportunities and industry expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Science field) or equivalent experience.
- Water Treatment experience preferred but not essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to break down complex situations.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

The ability to travel, with overnight stays on a regular basis is a prerequisite for the role.
