Currently, we are seeking an Accounts & Admin Assistant to support our accounting team in handling financial operations and administrative tasks, this position is based within our head office located in Wanneroo.

We are a hospitality agency, operating multiple venues accross Western Australia.

**Position Overview**:
As our Part-Time Accounts & Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and providing administrative support. You will work closely with our accounts team to ensure smooth operations in invoicing, financial reporting, cash management, payroll, and employee onboarding processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in processing invoices and reconciling payments with suppliers and clients.
- Working closely with Company Accountant, assisting to provide information and data to them in a timely manner.
- Assist in stock control
- Support financial management reporting by compiling data and generating reports.
- Maintain and balance cash accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage payroll processing and management of employee timesheets.
- Reviewing budgets and advising department managers of their departments financial progress
- Manage employee onboarding admin processes
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Xero and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of Lightspeed POS preferred but not essential.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reporting.
- Knowledge of payroll processes and familiarity with employee onboarding procedures.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Shift work

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
