As a result of organic growth, this global insurance firm is seeking 2 additional resources for their Line 2, dispute resolution and complaints handling team.
Working closely with the Senior Manager and Chief Risk Officer, you will be responsible and assising with the the following.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and disputes.
- Educate key internal stakeholders on identified trends and learning opportunities.
- Provide process improvement plans to assist in reducing complaint levels.
- Liaise with distributors and brokers and the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA)
- Resolving disputes with industry tribunals and various commissions
- Deliver a highly empathetic customer experience.
This role can be recruited as straight permanent for the right person or as a quick-start temporary staff member.

**Salary**: $110,000.00 - $131,000.00 per year
