**Key responsibilities**:

- Repair and installation of ‘Passive Fire Systems’ in accordance with the relevant standards, including but not limited minor repairs and installations of Fire Pillows, Fire Seals and collars, Fire Rated board systems & light weight construction.
- Good understanding of various passive manufacturers, their products, and overall systems.
- Inspection & Testing of Penetrations, Passive equipment in accordance with the relevant standards
- Liaise with our Customer site contacts to arrange access to their site and to ensure that you carry out your works to meet their requirements.
- Ensure clients are provided with regular updates of progress and have works signed off on completion reporting any issues directly to your supervisor.
- All works will be carried out as required by the current OH&S Regulations, Work Cover and ARA Fire requirements
- Complete Risk Assessments and or Work Method Statements for all high-risk jobs as required.
- Strive to continually improve the health, safety and environmental standards of projects and that of the business.
- Assist our team to participate in the development of new business opportunities
- Forward planning of testing, minor repair work, including, material and plant requirements.

**Salary**: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
