We are currently looking for a personable, dynamic and motivated team player to join our Lumus Imaging, Brookvale reception team, providing outstanding customer care support to our patients and referrers. Full time or Part time role.

**You will be responsible for all reception duties including**:

- Customer service and care
- Make imaging exam bookings
- General clerical duties
- Patient record management
- Medicare billing and banking

**Essential criteria**:

- Prior proven success in a customer focused role (previous experience in Medical Imaging an advantage but not essential)
- Exhibits a positive and team orientated approach to their work with ability to multitask and constantly adapt to a dynamic and busy environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts in and out of regular working hours including some weekend work if required.
