The position is based in Accor's flagship Canberra hotel, Novotel Canberra conveniently based in the city centre opposite the light rail. We are a 286 room hotel with 7 conferencing and event facilities hosting all events from Corporate groups to sports teams.

- Answering and re-directing calls
- Administration and office duties
- Data entry
- Invoicing

**Qualifications** The successful applicant will ideally have**:

- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional phone etiquette
- Professional presentation
- Computer literacy
- Ability to multi task
- High level of attention to detail
- Flexibility to work a variety of different shifts / days
- Experience with Opera cloud is a bonus.
