**Skills and experience required**:
Certificate III in Painting and Decorating

Relevant certificate, diploma/degree level qualification and/or equivalent practical experience is required.

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent (required prior to commencement);
TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and one of the following units of competency;
TAELLN411 or TAELLN401A (or their successor), and one of the following units of competency, TAEASS502 or TAEASS502A orTAEASS502B (or their successor); or

TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or its successor, or Higher.

Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments.

Ability to work at a wide range of stakeholders, particularly with those from various and diverse backgrounds.

Demonstrated skills in the delivery and assessment of regulatory and competency-based training.

Very strong communicator who effectively inspires participation and conveys information effectively to gain commitment from others.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders and communicates, influences and negotiates outcomes.

Strong written communication skills to a high standard in order to prepare documentation and work with areas of the business responsible for implementation

Sound skills in computer operations and business systems relevant to the role and comply e-learning methodologies.

Registration/Membership/licensing with regulatory facilities based on the qualification delivered.

Strong grasp of diversity management, particularly in interactions with students and staff from a wide array of cultures and backgrounds.

An understanding of the standards for RTOs, including ESOS regulations framework for VET Providers and RTO regulation and relevant policies will be an advantage.

WWCC and police check may be required.
