Contract opportunity has become available for a certified Building Surveyor based in the Greater Sydney area.

**Your new role**

The building surveyor will report to the managing director assisting with ongoing projects across the business. The principal role of the position is to aid in the carrying out of all development control duties related to the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act Amendment 1997 within a given area.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Suitable Qualifications in Building Surveying or equivalent
- Ideally an A3 minimum Accreditation
- A thorough working knowledge of the Building Code of Australia, Environmental Planning & Assessment Amendment Act, relevant subordinate legislation
