The role will operate in the Colac-Otway work group, surrounded by stunning nature and be responsible in the delivery of high quality fabrication work on several different assets, including water, recycled water, sewer treatment plants, pump stations and other assets to fulfil the customer’s needs.

You have the highest of standards in your work and exercise judgement to ensure reliable operation and/or fabrication of Barwon Water’s supply and sewerage facilities. Successful applicants will be required to undertake a pre-employment medical (including a health, drug and alcohol assessment) and have a current drivers licence.

**About you**

As a Fabricator, you enjoy working as part of a collaborative team and with your excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, you can build strong relationships with the confidence to work autonomously, contributing to the overall team goal.

Safety first will be key to your outlook and you able to work according to operating procedures whilst proactively identifying problems and developing innovative solutions, with a real drive for continuous improvement.

Your trade qualifications in fabrication will be put the test as you are able to work autonomously in this fast paced setting. With strong computer skills, the ability to learn and use new technologies in the delivery of services to clients, you are capable of interpreting engineers drawings.
