**Job Description**:
**What you will do**
You will be responsible for managing the migration of surveys from proprietary platforms to Qualtrics, assist the team in the running and analysis of surveys, platform governance, and investigating opportunities within the business to make best use of the platform functionality (such as Stats IQ and Text IQ).
You will collaborate with many stakeholders across the business, including our global teams.
- Manage our Qualtrics survey platform, taking ownership for the successful migrations of high value customer surveys to Qualtrics, survey optimisations, and day to day running of the platform.
- Collaborate with Customer Experience Analysts and the Customer Research Manager to design and conduct surveys that help the business to better understand our customers and their experiences with our products.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, security and confidentiality of data collected to ensure compliance with privacy and other regulations.
- Collaborate with internal development teams to ensure consistent practices in the use of API calls and unsubscribe processes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards within the Qualtrics platform that track trends in customer feedback, proactively sharing insights with the team and wider stakeholder groups.
- Identify, analyse and interpret trends, patterns and stories told by the data.
- Evaluate, monitor and improve effectiveness of existing data sources, tools and services used by the Research/Voice of Customer team.
- Input into monthly board reports and other regular reporting as required, to give the business and Board greater awareness and insights into our customers.
**Qualifications**:
**What we are looking for**
- Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect you to our behaviours (we change the game, we own it, we step in, we are curious, we don’t take ourselves too seriously).
- Research and insights experience, including ability to influence at a senior level.
- Technical understanding and experience with Qualtrics API integrations.
- Experience using Qualtrics StatsIQ and TextIQ functionalities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects from inception to delivery, gathering stakeholder requirements, managing stakeholder expectations and presenting final results.
- Working knowledge of visualisation tools such as Tableau would be beneficial.
- Experience working at a research agency highly considered.
- Curiosity in data and the stories it can tell, with the drive to continually seek opportunities to better understand our customers, increase customer satisfaction and foster loyalty.
