Parks Victoria is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual for the position of Visitor and Community Engagement Officer at Pt Nepean National Park.

**About the role**

In your role as Visitor and Community Engagement Officer, you will be the initial point of contact for visitors, stakeholders, and customers who come to Pt Nepean National Park. Your responsibilities will include providing excellent visitor information, site orientation, and education on the park's historical significance. You will have the opportunity to coordinate meetings and distribute agendas, as well as provide business support to the park team including coordinating park education programs and event management.

**We're looking for someone with**:

- Demonstrated experience and capability working as part of a small team as well as operating autonomously
- Previous experience in a visitor-facing role, customer service, effective communication, and good interpersonal skills
- Experience in developing and leading visitor and community engagement programs and activities
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of IT software, particularly Microsoft Office suite with effective keyboard skills
- A current Resume
