- **Main responsibilities**:_
- Crafting, devising, and orchestrating advertising strategies and campaigns tailored to meet specific sales targets, in harmony with the core values of our organization.
- Collaborating with executives and clients to provide expert counsel on advertising approaches that resonate with target markets, bolster consumer awareness, and effectively spotlight the merits of our products and services.
- Overseeing the production of advertising initiatives, including specialized tasks like artistic design, content creation, media planning, and supervising audio-visual production, all while adhering to stringent time and budget constraints.
- Analysing consumer data patterns and preferences to gain valuable insights.
- Interpreting and forecasting current and future trends in consumer behavior.
- Conducting thorough research to unearth latent market demand and discern market characteristics pertinent to both new and existing offerings, all while meticulously collecting and scrutinizing statistical data.
- Fostering business growth and advancement by formulating and executing astute marketing objectives, policies, and programs that resonate with the spirit of our brand.
- Initiating and conducting comprehensive market research aimed at pinpointing opportunities for both emerging and established products and services.
- Providing informed recommendations across diverse marketing facets, encompassing product assortment, pricing strategies, advertising and promotional campaigns, sales techniques, and optimizing distribution channels.

1. Work Eligibility: Permitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours (Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident preferred)

2. Qualifications: at least a Bachelors’s Degree, specialised in Marketing

3. Previous experience: At least two years working as a Marketing Specialist

4. Language: Conversant in English
