Event Labourer

We are an event hire company based in Dandenong South. We have a large range of upcoming events throughout Melbourne that we require casual and part time staff for as Event labourers.

**Duties will include**:

- Delivering, installing, dismantling various event equipment including marquees, furniture, lighting and so on.
- Loading / unloading vehicles pre and post event.
- Picking & packing orders for upcoming events.

**Requirements**:

- Must be fit & healthy; the role is very physically demanding and is primarily manual labour; installing/dismantling a variety of event equipment. Applicants should be strong and physically fit.
- Must be able to complete longer shifts when required.
- Must have flexible working hours; varied start and finish times, some weekend or public holiday work.
- Forklift license preferred but not mandatory.
- drivers license with access to a vehicle.
- Previous event build experience preferred but not mandatory.

Our warehouse is located in Dandenong South, ideally applicants are residing within a reasonable distance of our warehouse as work will commence from there before heading out to the various event sites.

**Salary**: $29.50 - $36.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

- Dandenong, VIC 3175: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
