**THE COMPANY**
This global enterprise and iconic household name are on the lookout for a standout Operations Scheduler to join the largest Branch in Australia, in Springvale, Melbourne.

**THE ROLE**
Working as part of an established team, you will work closely with technicians and customers to deliver their high quality service in the most efficient way possible.

Your duties will include but are not limited to;
- Liaising outbound sales team to allocate appointments to technicians
- Allocating and scheduling appointments to technicians in a highly efficient manner
- Engaging with technicians throughout the day to ensure schedules are run to plan and assisting with prioritisation where required
- Minimising customer defections and losses through ensuring a high quality service is provided
- Actively contribute towards enhancing procedures and processes throughout the organisation

**ABOUT YOU**

You will have a highly organised and motivated work ethic as well as the ability to work within a team setting.

To be successful in this position you will have;
- Demonstrated experience within a services-based or construction industry within a high-volume administration or operations role
- Ability to work with a number of internal and parties including onsite technicians, other departments and customers
- Excellent phone manner and written communication skills
- Ability to identify process improvements
- Understanding of geographical areas in Metropolitan Melbourne and Gippsland
- Experience in a customer service role in a fast paced working environment
- Ability to work autonomously
- Exceptional IT skills, and able to understand new computer systems
