Factory Supervisor

Le Bon choix Bakery is looking for an experienced Factory Supervisor with strong background in Bakery business.

**The role**

The business has been operating over 20 years and is in the hospitality industry in Brisbane.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**

Supervision and management of factory staff.

Supplier management.

administration management.

Purchasing, Inventory, procurement

Ensure compliance with H&S requirements and company policies.

Factory maintenance.

Monitoring daily cleaning of required equipment, and items.

Ensure general day running of the factory and compliance with systems and processes to be followed.

Report all accidents and incidents on the job immediately.

Monitoring of wastage and expenses.

**Skills and experience**
- Australian citizenship or PR.
- At least 3 years of Factory Supervisor experience
- Strong computer and production knowledge
- Must have strong background in a Bakery business
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Brisbane based on the North side.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
