Fresh Meats is the leading butchery on the Sunshine Coast. We service restaurants throughout South East Queensland. We operate to high standards of food safety and do not tolerate any drug use. We ensure full product traceability with industry-leading software. Our team culture is one of openness, cooperation and teamwork. Key Responsibilities:

- Seeking butchers, knife hands and production workers to work 45 hours per week - Monday to Friday 5am -2pm
- Dicing, portion cutting, various butchering rolls.
- Maintain high levels of workplace health and safety
- Upholding high food safety standards
- General butchery work
- Breaking lambs & pork

**Required Skills**:

- Fully qualified butcher, skilled knife hands and production workers willing to learn
- Experience working with a team of butchers
- Great knife skills
