**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- As the Executive Assistant you will provide operational support to our friendly and supportive Women's and Children's Program and Clinical Services Director. This is a key role assisting and supporting them in their day-to-day operations.
- Full Time, 76hrs per fortnight with an accrued day off every month
- Fixed term position for 6 months
- Position is based at Mercy Hospital for Women, Heidelberg
- Responsible and accountable for the day-to-day activities of the office ensuring administrative tasks are executed efficiently and effectively
- Provide high level executive and administrative support to the Program Director and Clinical Services Director Women's and Children's Services

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Previous EA / PA experience essential.
- High level of interpersonal, communication skills (written and verbal) and computer literacy.
- High attention to detail and previous knowledge of roster planning.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities.
- Experience in health or not for profit environment (desirable but not essential).
