**Job Description**:
At Colliers we want to create market leaders of the future within property. Our Graduate program allows us the opportunity to identify passionate students who want to accelerate their career within a supportive and structured environment.

Our successful, structured program works on a rotation basis which will provide you exposure to the business as a whole, this could include: office, industrial, retail, hotels, residential, valuations, agribusiness, occupier services, real estate management services and healthcare & retirement living.

**Qualifications**:
**To be considered, you will need to demonstrate**:

- In your second, third or final year or have recently completed a degree in business or property with strong academic achievement.
- Must be able to work full-time or part time in 2024.
- Demonstrated extracurricular commitment to the Real Estate and Property sector.

**You will be required to provide**:
1. A covering letter addressing the 4 selection criteria:

- How have you demonstrated commitment to pursuing a career in the property sector?
- What area of the property sector excites you the most?
- What interests you about Colliers?

2. A resume detailing your professional experience, study and any other related activities.

3. An academic transcript from your study so far.
