**About the Role**:
Green Options is an award-winning Australia-wide sports turf and landscape management company that specialises in providing sports turf services to many of Australia's most high profile stadiums and sporting grounds.

We have an opportunity for an experienced Mowing Operator to join our team working in the **Melton **area.

**Responsibilities**:
Experience in a similar role, with a background in grounds maintenance and gardening is essential, as your responsibilities will include:

- Using a range of horticultural equipment including a blower, hedger, whipper snipper, push mower and ride on mowers
- Gardening, mowing, watering, treading in, machine operation, raking and general horticultural and facility maintenance related tasks
- Mowing and edging lawns to specifications
- Pruning, weeding, leaf, dead plants and rubbish removal
- Mixing, decanting and spraying chemicals including pesticides, herbicides and fuel

**About You**:

- Strong background in grounds and gardening maintenance
- Sports field or turf maintenance experience is an advantage
- A manual drivers licence is preferred
- Experience with ride-on mowers
- Relevant qualification is an advantage
- Experience with large machinery operation, i.e. tractors, boom sprayers etc. is well regarded
