**Site Foreman**: Based in Glebe, NSW
**About the role**:

- Lead and Supervise a team of labourers under the support of the General Foreperson
- Plan, assign, schedule and supervise the work of all workmen
- Control and supervise sign in, weekly toolbox, and task objectives
- Conduct periodic inspections and give on-site supervision over hazardous or unusual work.
- 75% Site vs 25% Office.

**About you**:
**To succeed in this role you will have**:

- Experience working with a Tier 1 or 2 developer
- Experienced in fitout phase
- Experienced working on residential projects
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with superiors, clients and customer personnel
- Skilled in estimating materials and labour costs
- Keen to grow and develop into more senior positions
