**The Role**
As a Electrician in the Service Team, you will contribute and undertake activities predominately in the field, ensuring a high level of performance and compliance with work requirements and health and safety guidelines. This is a full-time opportunity dispatching regularly from our Perth workshop location located near the Perth Airport. Whilst your role may vary, you are typically tasked with the execution of operation and maintenance electrical works, routine scheduled preventative maintenance activities and responding to reactive maintenance alarms, events and triggers.

Key Responsibilities:

- General electrical works, maintenance, testing, and fault finding on electrical systems
- Completing ITRs (electrical test sheets) and digital maintenance procedures
- Working from electrical drawings and digital maintenance software outlining scope of works and asset information and manuals.
- Ensuring you have the correct resources to perform your tasks
- Asset status reviews and updating assets in maintenance software and work orders with observations.
- Supervising junior staff members and apprentices
- Responsible for compliance with OHS policies, ensuring workplace compliance, and reporting hazards and near misses
- Foster a workforce culture of excellence, innovation, honesty, and teamwork

**About You**
- Current A Grade Western Australian Electrical Workers Licence
- Strong leadership and communication skills and an ability to solve problems quickly
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Excellent communication and time management skills, conflict resolution abilities and confidence dealing with a wide range of people, from tradespeople to customers/stakeholders and supervisors
- Understanding of OHSE requirements
