We are looking for Bar Manager responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest service. This is a hands-on role with focus on service delivery, upkeep and maintenance of the bar, and crew development. You will be an exemplary leader and mentor to the team.

**Skills, Experience & Attributes**
- Experience in managing a high performing bar team.
- Exemplary leadership with focus on staff development.
- Exceptional service skills and guest focus.
- Extensive knowledge in cocktails and beverage production.
- Experience with stock control and inventory management.
- Solid understanding of management practices.
- Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods.
- Proven ability in building effective relationships.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Experience using Deputy (or similar Time & Attendance system).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication and presentation.
- Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts.
- Must hold a valid RSA and work-right visa.

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year
