Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We're seeking multiple Client Services Officers to join our client in a State Government position. Located in Northgate Qld 4013
- A03 equivalent $46 + p/h + super
- Located in Northgate, Brisbane CBD, Queensland

**About the role**
As a Client Services Officer, you'll handle inbound enquiries, providing exceptional customer service. Whether addressing workers' service credits, payments, or employer obligations, each call presents a unique experience. Don't worry if you're not familiar with portable long service leave schemes; we'll provide thorough training. Your eagerness to learn and effectively relay information is what matters most.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Provide accurate and timely advice to customers.
- Encourage digital channel usage and guide customers through online processes.
- Support and train team members.
- Maintain detailed records and adhere to schedules.
- After comprehensive training, remote work options will be available.
- Rotating roster between 8:00 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Friday.
- Other duties as required.

**About You**
To thrive in this role, you need:

- Be able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrate your dispute and resolution strategies.
- Passion, commitment, and drive for exceptional customer service
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call centre environment
- Ability to build rapport and convey empathy over the phone.
- Adaptability and agility in embracing change.
- Proficiency in learning new systems
- Strong team player with individual performance focus
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Be able to commit to a rotating roster.
- Must have full working rights in Australia.
- Be able to pass and hold national police check.
