About the Procurement Manager role
Build, manage, and maintain high-quality facilities while overseeing contractor coordination and creating a vibrant, safe environment. Lead procurement activities, secure vendor relationships, and drive contracts that align with YourCH’s goals. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a values-driven, not-for-profit healthcare organisation.

- Take charge of sourcing, negotiating, and securing essential goods and services
- Foster strong vendor relationships and secure impactful contracts
- Guarantee that all purchasing decisions align with YourCH’s strategic goals and budget
**To succeed in this role you will have**:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven expertise in procurement, contract negotiation, and vendor management
- Strong financial acumen, with a focus on cost optimisation, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships
- A demonstrated ability to prioritise, manage competing demands, and lead continuous process improvements
