**Responsibilities**:

- Perform lawn mowing and edging to ensure neat and tidy outdoor spaces.
- Conduct hedging and pruning to maintain the aesthetic appeal of hedges and shrubs.
- Execute tree lopping and trimming services in accordance with safety guidelines and industry standards.
- Operate pressure washing equipment to clean exterior surfaces, including driveways, pathways, and walls.
- Perform general cleaning duties as required to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of outdoor areas.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure timely completion of work.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in exterior maintenance or landscaping is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, and pressure washers.
- Physically fit and capable of performing labor-intensive tasks in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to job sites across Brisbane.

**Salary**: $22.61 - $30.05 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 38 per week
